Abstract
Côte d’Ivoire, 30 millions habitants country of sub-Saharan Africa, It’s the 3rd economy of West Africa and soon the 2nd about the last macroeconomic prevision of IMF. The energy domain including electricity sector is very dynamics. In fact, to 34 % in 2011, today the electricity access rate is more than 95% and probably 100% in 2030. Actually, most locality with low population density and very far to grid network are not connected. This study going to use EAE tools to analyze how these localities can be connected if we integrate others low deployment technologies and least cost solutions such as solar photovoltaic and hydropower minigrid.
