Abstract
OnStove is a geospatial tool that evaluates the net benefits of various stoves compared to a defined baseline, and all stoves are then compared to each other. Net benefit is the total benefits minus the total costs. Benefits comprise reduced mortality, reduced morbidity, lower emissions, and time saved, while the costs are capital cost, fuel cost, operation, and maintenance costs. Social and Private Scenarios were investigated using the OnStove model.
