Resilience topics included in the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) programme: Current work and future opportunities

Abstract
There are several definitions and applications of the concept of resilience. In climate change mitigation and adaptation, resilience can refer to the transformation of systems to cope with external shocks. The Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) programme offers opportunities to improve the resilience of energy, transport systems and other biophysical systems linked to them. Different CCG workstreams (WSs) and models are involved in each topic. This document seeks to identify the resilience topics involved in the CCG offer, make clear links between WSs and models that partner countries may use, identify collaborative opportunities for the different models and workstreams to answer more resilience questions, and identify gaps for future work.
