Abstract
The future economic development of the country, envisaged by the government of Senegal, presupposes competitive energy for businesses, affordable for populations, including the most vulnerable, and low pollution for the environment. This strategic necessity as well as the recent discoveries of gas fields in Senegal have favored the implementation of the Gaz to Power program. Among the projects making up this program is the construction of a 220MW gas plant in 2025.
