Abstract
This hands-on exercise includes a step-by-step guide on the integration of the Social Impacts and Benefits (SIBs) approach into the Open Source Energy Modelling System (OSeMOSYS). It focuses on modelling local air pollution as an externality. This exercise supports the Data-to-Deal Analytical Workflow by Tan et al. (2024). This material has been produced with support from the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) programme. CCG is funded by UK aid from the UK government. However, the views expressed herein do not necessarily reflect the UK government’s official policies.
