Abstract
The penetration of solar water heating technologies use in the tanning sector has promising contribution towards reducing the greenhouse gas emission. The total cost of the proposed energy system increases as we go for 100% market share of solar process heating. Obviously, this issue will be more series as the suitability of the technology matters. However, the abatement cost for 100% market share is the second least cost.
